This was a solution to many people,but not for me. (Look for the term 'Crash' in the log file. You can view the editor log and see what caused the crash towards the end of the log.
Attached to the bug report will also be the crash details. After looking in other forums i tried using 'setx UNITYNOPROXY' in the cmd. When the crash occurs, does it pop up a dialog suggesting that you submit a bug report for the crash If so, you should do that. If you get disk write errors, you should check your user account restrictions.

Also update to the latest graphic and sound drivers. I tried with unity 2019.3.15f1, but the same error pops out. Failure to Start If Unity crashes when starting then firstly make sure that your computer meets the minimal system requirements. Right now what Im trying is installing unity 4 and try to upgrade to 5 Xirion11, 3.
