The team at On The Clock offer exceptional service and the options offered (even for free users) far exceeded my expectations. This speaks volumes of the types of folks who created such an amazing platform to help business owners keep track (and records) of their employees. They responded with a warm Thank You and suggested I may send this payment to one of their charities. When I saw all of the features On The Clock offers (for free), I wrote them to ask if I can send them a one time payment to express my thanks. With only 2 employees at the time, I didnt need to sign up for their paid service. I have been using On The Clock for 2+ years.

We are so happy you decided to switch to OTC and think it is wonderful you are taking full advantage of our app. It is awesome that we are saving you hundreds of dollars a year and saving you time while doing it. Thank you so much for taking the time to review our system. Changing to On The Clock was a great decision and although i was apprehensive to the change I have no regrets. The cost of this system compared to the Jobclock is saving us a few hundred dollars a year as well. I have access to not only who is clocked in and when but also where they are clocked in. It is easier for employees to use because they never forget to bring their phone like they did with the Jobclock keys and they can watch their time through the app in real time. Now that most employees have smartphones this is so much better than time clock keys and downloading a clock to retrieve time. As a small company this has been a great transition.
